Compliance with the festival rules is not just a formality, but an important basis for creating an honest, professional and inspiring event!
General Requirements
- The work must be original. The use of other people's materials (video, music, texts) is allowed only with the permission of the copyright holders.
- The participant guarantees that the movie does not violate copyrights and does not contain illegal content.

Judges’ Decision is Final
All decisions made by the festival jury are final and cannot be appealed.
Quality
Sound and image should be clear, without noise and distortion.
Timing
Up to 25 minutes (including credits).
Formats
Films must be submitted ONLY in digital format.
Language
Foreign language films must be subtitled in English.
Conditions of participation
- One participant can submit no more than 2 works.
- Films that have previously participated in other festivals are allowed.
- The organizers reserve the right to use fragments of films for the promotional materials of the festival (with the indication of authorship).
- By submitting an application, you agree with the rules of the festival and give permission to display your work within the framework of the event.

Submission fees are non-refundable.
